Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and StorePeek when you use our website or run an audit. They cover what StorePeek does, what we expect from you, how plans and payments work, and how to cancel. Please read them before you sign up.

1. Who we are

StorePeek ("we", "us") is operated by:

[Your legal name or company name]
[Street and number, postcode, city, Netherlands]
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): [KvK number]
Email: [email protected] · Phone: +31 6 19252532

"You" means the person or business using StorePeek. By creating an account, running a free check or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you're using StorePeek for an employer or client, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. What StorePeek does

StorePeek opens a store you give us in a real browser on desktop and mobile, takes screenshots of its public pages, has an AI review them for things that cost the store sales, and adds a loading-speed score from Google PageSpeed. You get a report with a score, a summary and a list of issues with suggested fixes.

Our reports are automated advice, not a guarantee. They're generated by AI from what a visitor can see on your pages. They may be incomplete or wrong, they don't check your store's code, security, accessibility or legal compliance, and they're not a substitute for professional advice. How you use a report is your decision, and the results you get from acting on one are not something we can promise or be responsible for.

3. Your account

  • StorePeek has no passwords. You sign in with a link we email you, so keep access to your email address secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
  • Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
  • Use a real email address you control, and one account per person or business unless we agree otherwise.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens in your account.
  • Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Audits you're allowed to run

StorePeek visits real websites on your instruction, so this section matters. You may only audit:

  • a store you own or work for, or
  • a store whose owner has given you permission, for example a client of your agency.

You may audit a competitor's publicly accessible store for your own research, as a visitor could. You may not use StorePeek to audit sites behind a login, sites you've been asked to stay away from, or anything that isn't an ordinary public website. You are responsible for having the right to audit the addresses you submit, and for the consequences if you don't.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • get around the limits on your plan, the limits on free checks, or our rate limits, for example with multiple accounts, scripts or different IP addresses;
  • resell, rent out or share StorePeek access with people outside your business, except by giving clients the reports you produce (the Agency plan is made for this);
  • use StorePeek to build a competing product, or to train another AI model on our reports;
  • scrape, copy or systematically download our site, or try to get at parts of it you have no account for;
  • attack, overload or interfere with StorePeek or the services we run on;
  • use StorePeek to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or audit sites with illegal content.

If you do any of this we may limit, suspend or close your account. Where the problem is clearly deliberate abuse, we may do so without notice.

6. Plans, prices and payment

  • Free: one audit in total, plus free checks without an account. Free checks are limited per person and per day so the service stays available.
  • Premium — $9.99 per month or $99 per year: 20 audits each month, the product-page check, the sales-lost estimate, PDF reports, the report chat and one monthly re-check.
  • Agency — $29 per month or $290 per year: 100 audits each month, everything in Premium, your own logo and name on PDFs and share links, 25 monthly re-checks and CSV export.
  • Founding members: our first 100 paying customers pay $4.99 per month ($49 per year) for Premium or $16.99 per month ($169 per year) for Agency, for as long as their account stays subscribed.
  • Audit packs: 10 audits for $9 or 30 audits for $19, paid once. No subscription, and the audits don't expire.

Prices are in US dollars. VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it, based on where you are and the details you give us. The price you see on the pricing section before you pay is the price that applies.

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your audit allowance resets every month, on yearly plans too, and unused audits do not carry over. Any credits you buy separately are used after your monthly allowance runs out, and they don't expire.

Referrals: when someone signs up through your referral link and makes their first payment, you get 10 free audits and they get 5. These are credits on your account, not money, and can't be exchanged for cash. If that payment is refunded, the credits are removed again. We may withhold or remove referral credits that were earned by referring yourself or by other abuse.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and you keep your plan for a short while. If it keeps failing, your account goes back to Free and your reports stay available to you.

7. Cancelling, and your right to withdraw

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, under Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not charged again. We don't give partial refunds for time left in a period you've started, unless the law says otherwise or we've got something wrong.

If you're a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. Because StorePeek is delivered immediately, you'll be asked to agree when you subscribe that we start straight away and that you lose your right of withdrawal once your first audit has run. If you subscribe and haven't used any paid audit within those 14 days, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full.

You can delete your account yourself from your dashboard, under Account, or by emailing [email protected] from the address you sign in with. Deleting it removes the account and everything in it, as described in our Privacy Policy, and also cancels your subscription.

8. Availability

We want StorePeek up and working, but we don't promise it will never be unavailable. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on services we don't control — Google's AI and PageSpeed, Stripe, our email provider and Cloudflare. An audit can also fail because of the store being audited: it may be slow, blocking automated visitors, or offline.

Failed audits don't cost you anything. If an audit fails, or our server restarts while it's running, we put it back on your allowance automatically. If something went wrong and that didn't happen, email us and we'll sort it out.

We may change, add or remove features, and we may adjust plan limits. If a change clearly makes your paid plan worse, we'll tell you by email first and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Who owns what

  • You own your content: the store addresses you submit, your reports, and any logo or business name you add on the Agency plan. You can use your reports however you like, including with your own clients.
  • We own StorePeek: the site, the software, our name and our logo. These terms don't give you any right to use our branding, except that the Agency plan lets you put your own branding on reports instead of ours.
  • You give us permission to process the pages you ask us to audit, and to use your content as far as we need to run the service for you — nothing more. We don't sell your data and we don't use your reports to train AI models.
  • Screenshots of the store being audited are deleted as soon as the analysis is finished.

10. Liability

StorePeek is a tool that gives you suggestions. Decisions you make about your store, and anything that follows from them, are yours. To the extent the law allows:

  • we're not liable for lost sales, lost profit, lost data or lost goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • we're not liable for what an audit does or doesn't find, or for a report being wrong or incomplete;
  • we're not liable for the services we depend on being down, or for the store you audited behaving unexpectedly;
  • our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or €100 if you're on the Free plan.

None of this limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited under Dutch law. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

You can close your account whenever you want, from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, if payment fails repeatedly, if it's being used to abuse the service, or if we're required to by law. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without good reason, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We'll update the date at the top, and if you have an account and the change matters to you, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Carrying on using StorePeek after that means you accept the new terms; if you'd rather not, you can cancel.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we can't resolve something between us, the dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the country you live in.

If any part of these terms turns out not to apply, the rest still does.

14. Getting in touch

Email [email protected] or call +31 6 19252532. We answer billing and account questions by email, and we aim to reply within two working days.
